Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply when you visit or use mahatharise.com, trinetra.mahatharise.com or store.mahatharise.com (our “websites”). They are an agreement between you and MahathaRise Agro Exports (OPC) Private Limited (“MahathaRise”, “we”), CIN U01610AP2025OPC121067, Nandyal, Nandyal District, Andhra Pradesh, India.

By using our websites you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

• Use the websites lawfully, and only for genuine purposes.
• Give true details in our forms, and share someone else’s details only with their permission.
• Do not try to break, overload, scrape or copy the websites, the records or the forms, or to enter areas meant only for our team.
• Do not send spam, harmful code, or anything unlawful, abusive or misleading.

We may block access for anyone who misuses the websites.

We describe our crops and products with care, but everything on the websites is general information:

• Photos, artwork and illustrations show the kind of product, not the exact lot you will receive.
• Crop families, products, pack sizes and availability can change with the season and the harvest.
• Specifications, quantities, prices, packing, delivery and payment terms are fixed only in a written quotation or contract from MahathaRise.
• Nothing on the websites is an offer to sell or a binding price.
• Our content is not medical, nutritional or health advice.

Trinetra 1.0 is our own ground-level traceability. A record shows what our team saw and recorded in the field for that lot, at the time it was recorded. Some parts of a record may open only for holders of a real pack or for approved buyers.

Please do not copy, republish or reuse our records, or their design, without our written permission.

The MahathaRise Farmer Charter, and everything we say on these websites about farmers’ rights, prices, payments and support, are our commitments and our promise to keep working towards them. They are not a contract between MahathaRise and a visitor to these websites, and they do not by themselves give anyone a right to claim anything.

The exact terms for a farmer are in the written agreement that the farmer signs with MahathaRise. If the Charter text and that agreement ever differ, the signed agreement is what applies.

The Store at store.mahatharise.com is coming soon. Until it opens, nothing can be bought there and no price is final. If you join a notify-me list, we will write to you only about the Store and its products.

Before the Store opens, we will publish its terms of sale and its shipping, returns and refund policies. Those policies will apply to every order, together with these terms.

• Sending a form does not create a contract, an order, a job offer or a farmer agreement.
• A Grama Sarathi application or a village request starts a conversation. We decide on selection and onboarding after our own checks, and we may decline without giving reasons.
• Demos and sample kits depend on availability.

All text, photos, artwork, designs, records and software on our websites belong to MahathaRise or are used with permission. The MAHATHARISE AGRO™ sunrise logo is our trade mark (registration applied for). Trinetra 1.0, Grama Sarathi and Project Sanjaya are the names of our own programmes.

• You may view the websites and share links to them.
• You may not copy, sell, reuse or adapt our content, name or logo, or suggest that you are linked with us, without our written permission.

Our websites link to other sites, such as OpenStreetMap or our own social media pages. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

We work hard to keep the websites correct and available, but we provide them “as is”, and we cannot promise they will always be error-free or online.

As far as Indian law allows, MahathaRise is not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using the websites. Nothing in these terms takes away a right you have under Indian law that cannot be limited, such as your rights as a consumer.

How we use the details you send us is explained in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If you keep using the websites after a change, the new terms apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Nandyal, Andhra Pradesh, India have jurisdiction over any dispute, without taking away any right you have under Indian law to approach a forum near you.
